Debbie Green was a 7 year old girl from Benwood, WV. She was like every other little girl... she loved going to school, cheerleading, and playing with her friends. Debbie was loved by all who knew her. She enjoyed life to the fullest. In 1970, Debbie was diagnosed with leukemia. For two long years, she battled the disease with courage and determination. 5K Awards Ceremony & Door Prizes

The Awards Ceremony will take place at Wheeling's Heritage Port immediately following the race. Enjoy a feast fit for a king! Undos and Domino's will provide pasta, salad, bread, pizza and refreshments. Food is for PARTICIPANTS ONLY. You must show your race tag to eat.

Each 5K participant is eligible to win numerous door prizes. THE DOOR PRIZE DRAWING WILL BE DRAWN BEFORE AWARDS ARE GIVEN. Prizes to include free gasoline, fitness center memberships, running and walking shoes, gift certificates to TJs Sports Garden and Hole 'N Run, and much, much more. WINNERS MUST BE PRESENT.
